You approve the proposal, sign a short agreement, and settle the invoice upfront. Once payment clears, the sprint is scheduled.
You receive the result within 5 business days of payment.
If a concept or prototype is all you need, we hand over the result and the engagement is done — no further cost.
If we deliver a hosted tool, we take care of maintenance and further development according to your needs — for an ongoing monthly fee we always agree with you upfront.
If there's more to build, we scope the follow-on work and agree a project rate to carry it through.
We ask you to send us only anonymised files. To make that easy, we built a tool that does it on your own computer — and we give it to you for free.
Open the file in your browser. Your documents are read and anonymised right there, even without an internet connection. Nothing leaves your computer unless you choose to send it.
The tool finds names, addresses, account numbers and similar details and hides them. You check every result before you share anything. The real names can be put back later with a mapping file that only you keep.

Why is it free? Because we want you to be able to talk to us about real cases without sending personal data. It is the safe way for you and us to communicate. If we have agreed a task with you, we give you a code, and you can send the anonymised files straight from the tool.
